Ingredients
- 1 - 14 to 16 ounce package of coleslaw mix with carrots
- 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Combine the cabbage mix and red onions in a large bowl.
Whisk together the mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, and some salt and pepper in a medium bowl, and then add to the cabbage mixture. Mix well to combine. Taste for seasoning; adjust with more salt, pepper or sugar as needed.
Serve with pulled pork on buns, top with the coleslaw.
