Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter at room temp
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 oz coconut
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 box Vanilla Wafers crunched up by hand or food processor

Step 1
preheat oven to 275*
beat butter, eggs, and sugar together
Mix in coconut, pecans, and crunched vanilla wafers
pour batter into greased and floured tube pan
bake 1 1/2 hours or until done
let the cake cool completely before trying to remove from pan or it will break apart
