Ingredients
- 2 pounds skirt or sirloin steak (I usually use sirloin)
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- juice of 1/2 lime
- flour tortillas
- cheese
- pico de gallo
- guacamole
- sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients 2-8 except steak and mix well. Cut as much fat from meat as possible. Marinate 24 hours in refrigerator. Drain and grill. Slice into small strips.
Serve with flour tortillas, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream.
