- 2 8oz packages cream cheese
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 10 strips crisp bacon
- 1/3 cup chives, chopped
- 1 cup pecans finely chopped

Step 1
Soften cream cheese. Cook bacon. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parmesan cheese. Blend in chives and crumbled bacon. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Shape into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans.
