Ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup - 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 lemon juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

oven 350 lightly grease and flour a pie pan
beat sugar and eggs until thick, then mix in melted butter and milk
mix in Vanilla, lemon juice and zest then add flour gradually
fold in coconut flakes
pour into pie pan and bake for 45 -50 min. Center should be set and wobbly
Cool then refrigerate at least two hours.
