Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 4-5 cups shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease cookie sheet well. Combine sweetened condensed milk, 4 cups shredded coconut and vanilla in mixing bowl and blend well. If the mixture seems watery, add additional coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared sheet about 1" apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until delicate brown. Remove from pan at once and set on rack to cool and set.
