Sage Cream Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 20 Sage Leaves
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbls butter
  • 1 package of gnocchi
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

cook chicken stock and 1/2 of the sage leaves to reduce to 1/2 Cup. Strain into a pan and add heavy cream and butter and remaining sage leaves, cook for about 6 minutes till it thickens to coat the back of a spoon.

Boil Gnocchi till cooked

strain gnocchi and add to cream mixture, cook for about 1 minute. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, broil until browned and bubbly
