    lbs. chicken pieces

  • 1/2

    cup milk

  • 1

    egg

  • 1

    cup flour

  • 2

    t. garlic salt

  • 1

    t. paprika

  • 1/2

    t. poutry seasonng

  • 2

    t. black pepper

Directions

Beat egg and milk together. Mix dry ingredients together. Dip chicken pieces in egg/milk mixture; then roll in flour mixture. Fry in oil heated to 375 degrees until brown. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and continue coking about 30 minutes.
