  • 1 lb. white bread dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Step 1

1)Thaw bread dough according to package directions
2)Place dough on cutting board, dip knife in butter and make 8 to 10 cuts across width of loaf. Cut through loaf, leaving 1/2 inch on bottom
3)Mix sugar and cinnamon. Brush top with melted butter. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar in each cut. Place dough in a greased 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 inch bread pan
4)Cover and let rise at room temperature until double in size
5)Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown
