Ingredients
- 8 oz grated cheddar cheese
- 1 lg onion, minced
- 3 or 4 jalapeno peppers minced
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 C yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 C oil
- 1 C milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cn creamed corn
- 1 cn pinto beans

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large greased cake pand and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
