Brussels Sprouts with Raisins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut into quarters
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 t. olive oil
  • 2 T. golden raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add Brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until browned. Add the butter, water and raisins. Cook stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until water has cooked off. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
