- One Large cauliflower
- 8 stalks celery
- 4 carrots
- 2 green peppers
- DRESSING
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 tbsp sugar 1/2 cup water
- Artichokes, black and green olives, and mushrooms
- 28 can tomato purée
- 12 oz tuna in water

Step 1
Directions
Cut up raw veggies and boil for 5 minutes
Combine ingredients for dressing
Drain veggies and add dressing mixture
Add rest of ingredients
Cool and stir occasionally
