Ingredients
- 8 oz 1/3 of the fat cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 C plain Greek yogurt or light sour cream
- 1 C salsa of your choice
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 C shredded lettuce
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 C red and green peppers, diced
- 1/2 C black beans
- 1/2 C reduced fat shredded cheese (I used a blend of mozzarella and cheddar)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/3 C crushed tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
Mix with a blender or by hand the cream cheese, yogurt/sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning until well-combined.
Spread in the bottom of medium-sized dish, such as a 9x9 or 9 inch pie plate.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, black beans, and cheese. (Keep refrigerated if preparing ahead of time.) Garnish with avocados and crushed tortilla chips right before serving.
Serves: 8
