- 6 c cornflakes
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 1 c light corn syrup
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1/4 t sea salt, optional

Step 1
1. Lin 1 or 2 baking sheets with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
2. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, whisk together brown sugar, sugar, peanut butter, and corn syrup and, while whisking continuously, bring to a boil.
3. Once boiling, remove mixture from heat and stir in vanilla and sea salt, if using, then stir in cornflakes until fully incorporated.
4. Use a large spoon or ice cream scoop to scoop and drop cookies onto lined baking sheets, then set aside and let set until firm.
