I just made this crust and it is awesome. I made 2 different ones, for the first one I used corn chex cereal and for the second I used rice chex. The were both great tasting but I definitely could and will make some adjustments for next time and wanted to share for anyone else making it for the first time.
First I didn’t crush the cereal enough at all. So make sure you really crush it, like take your anger and stress out on it.
Second, dependent on what kind of pie you are making 1-2 tbs of sugar is more than plenty.
Third, I ended up baking mine for about 12-15 mins.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups gluten free cereal
- 1 - 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Crush cereal very well. Mix with sugar and melted butter. Press into 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 7-9 minutes. Let cool completely (it will harden as it cools).
