Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. (or more) flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. mashed banana
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
Put all dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well, add liquids and stir until moistened.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in muffin pan.
Makes 12 regular muffins or 24 mini muffins. Paper liners don't have to be used; just spray pan first if not used.
