Preparation

Step 1

Remove fresh pizza dough from fridge and place into a medium bowl. Let it get to room temperature (will take about 30 mins to 1 hour).

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Place dough onto a large baking sheet and spread into a large rectangle using your fingers. Using a fork, poke holes all over the dough. This will help keep the dough flat and prevent bubbles. Spread marinara all over dough into a thin layer. Too much sauce will make the dough soggy so make sure to keep the layer of sauce thin.

Spread mozzarella cheese all over sauce, followed by Asiago cheese. Place Provolone all over pizza. I only had slices of Provolone available so I just cut them into little pieces for the pizza. Finish the pizza off with the Parmesan cheese by sprinkling it all over.

Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and crust is golden brown. Let pizza cool for 5-10 minutes and then cut into strips. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
