Ingredients
- Chicken Breast (Boneless)
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Mixed Spices Powder
- Butter
- 1 cup Fresh Cream
- 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts
- 2 Onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt
- Orange food color Optional

Step 1
In a bowl mix take 500 grams of boneless chicken breast, add 1 cup of yogurt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix well all ingredients. Leave it to marinate for about 20 – 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in heating pan take 1 tablespoon of oil and stir fry marinated chicken for 5-6 minutes. When fried then remove any excess sauce from it, cook for more couple of minutes so fried chicken should look dry.
Remove chicken in some plate and in heating pan add 2 tablespoons of salted butter & chopped onions. Cook until onions should turn to light brown in color. Then add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, mixed spices powder, salt, sugar, cashew nuts and water. Cook all these ingredients until it forms like red thick gravy.
Let this gravy to cool down completely and blend it in food processor to make paste. Put this paste in heating pan with butter and stir fry until it should start to boil. Add fresh cream to it and stir.
Finally add your fried chicken, some butter and orange food color to it. Cook for couple of minutes with dried fenugreek leaves & butter.
Your butter chicken is ready, serve with cream as topping.
