Ingredients

  • 1 T Butter
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 T chopped onion
  • 1/4 lb. chicken livers trimmed and chopped
  • 2 T dry sherry
  • 1/3 of 8 0z of cream cheese, softened
  • hot sauce to taste
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter over med heat. Stir in garlic, onion and livers. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 in until livers are done.

Place chicken liver mixture in food processor with sherry, cream cheese, hot sauce, salt and pepper. blend until smooth. Chill approx. 2 hrs before serving.
