Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 6 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Dry wine
- 4 Tbsp Vinegar
- 10 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch (less if reheating)
- 6 tsp Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 4 tsp Minced Ginger
- 4 tsp Minced Scallions (2 scallions)
- Batter:
- 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Dry Wine
- dash Sesame Oil
- 4 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix batter ingredients with chicken and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
Saute garlic, ginger and scallions in oil. Add remaining sauce ingredients and bring to a boil.
Deep fry battered chicken and mix with sauce.
