Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. packed light brown sugar
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 1/4 lb. skirt steak, cut into 6 pieces
- kosher salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients through garlic until smooth. Put steak in a large resealable plastic bag and pour in marinade. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours.
Light a gas grill. Remove steak from marinade and season lightly with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat, turning once, until lightly charred outside and medium rare within, 5-6 minutes. Transfer to carving board and let rest. Carve steak against grain.
