Monterey Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 6 oz spaghetti broken into 3 pieces
- 1 c shredded of diced chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 \2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c grated monterey jack
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
- 3oz can French fried onions

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray 9x13 baking sheet
Bring lg.of water to boil & cook spaghetti according tompaclage directions
Drain & add to a lg. mixing bowl
Add chicken, egg, sour cream, garlic powder, cheese, spinach & half of the onions & stir well to combine
Pour into prepared baking dish & top with remaining onions
Cover tightly & bake for 20 minutes
Re!I've the foil & bake for 5 minutes more
