Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen rasperries, thawed with juices
- 1 piece ginger, ~3/4 inch
- 2 T sugar substitute
- 2 liter seltzer water, chilled

Step 1
Puree raspberries with their juices, ginger and sugar substitute in blender. Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
For each drink, place 4 1/2t of mixture into bottom of glass. Add 3/4 C of seltzer and stir rapidly.
