3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 1 c peanut butter
• 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, stir the ingredients
together until smooth
Scoop onto a parchment or silpat lined baking sheet
Press down with back of fork & then press again from the opposite side to form criss cross pattern
These cookie will not spread out
Bake for 12 minutes & then cool on the tray for 1 minutes before removing to wire rack to finish cooling
Store in airtight container
