  • 1 28 oz san marzano tomatoes
  • 1 t red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 t thyme or oregano leaves....basil?
  • sugar
  • butter
  • red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat sous vide to 90C 194F
Put all in bag and seal.
When wager reaches target temp, lower bag into water bath. Cook for 30 minutes.
Remove bag from water... ready to use but can be cooled in water bath and refridgerated or frozen.
