Tortellini Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. tri-color tortellini
  • 3-4 cups California Mix frozen vegetables
  • 4 tbsp. Salad Supreme
  • 8 oz. Italian dressing (bottle with good seasons dressing packet & balsamic vinegar)
  • small can of sliced black olives

Preparation

Step 1

Boil tortellini (4 mins. if fresh, 6 mins. if frozen) strain. Run cold water over and let drain
Steam vegetables (6-7 mins. in steamer in microwave)strain. Run cold water over & let drain.
Rinse olives
Toss all of the above and chill
