- 4 cups water
- 4 cups sugar

Step 1
Rinse the rosemary, then bring rosemary, water, and sugar to a gentle rolling boil. Let it boil for several minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure that the sugar dissolves fully. Cut heat and let syrup cool and continue steeping for at least 30 minutes and up to several hours. Once cooled, strain out the rosemary. Syrup will last a good while in the refrigerator and leftovers are great in seltzer and cocktails.
