Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 \4 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 \2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 \2 stick softened butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 lg. eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 medium apples chopped
- 8 tbsp. chopped walnuts or almonds
- 1 \2 c brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine flour, salt, nutmeg & 2 tbsp. cinnamon
Mid softened butter and sugar in a separate bowl
until creamy
Beat in eggs until creamy, add vanilla & sour cream until blended
Sift in dry ingredients beating the mixture on low speed to form a batter like consistency, fold in chopped nuts & apples
Pour batter into a Bundy pan, sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon
Bakr for 50-65 minutes
Turn cake onto serving plate after cooling in pan for 20-30 minutes
