Mint Chocolate Shamrock Cookies

Ingredients
- 3/4 C. butter
- 1 and 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 2 T. water
- 2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 2 and 1/2 C. flour
- 1 and 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Step 1
Melt butter, brown sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat until melted. Add chocolate chips. Stir until completely melted. Cool for 10 minutes and pour into a mixing bowl. Beat in eggs. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix together and chill for 45 minutes.
Roll into 1″ balls, flatten slightly and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
When cookies come out of oven, place an unwrapped Dove Mint & Dark Chocolate Swirl chocolate on each cookie and allow to melt for a few minutes.
After chocolate is pretty well melted, pick up cookie sheet and tap on counter a couple of times. It will make the chocolate spread out on the cookie. Go through bag of mini M&M's and select only the green ones to put on top of melted chocolate to form shamrock. You can also add a little stem by using a green sprinkle.
