Buttercream frosting

Excellent - I will use this more often. Found on Pinterest with a butter cake which is equally vg

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1/2 cup cream or milk
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 5 cups icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and vanilla until smooth. Add sugar, alternating with cream, a little at a time, blend well until desired consistency.
