Ingredients
- 1 12-oz bag fresh cranberries, rinsed,
- drained, and picked through
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) dried cherries
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) honey
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Grand Marnier
- 2 tsp (10 mL) orange zest

Step 1
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan set over medium-high heat, combine fresh and dried cranberries, orange juice and sugar; bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, stirring often to dissolve sugar, until thickened, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add honey, stirring to incorporate. Add Grand Marnier and zest, stirring to combine. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
