Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz), undrained
  • 2 pkg (3 oz) raspberry flavored jello
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2/3 cup walnuts, chopped (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to measure 2 1/2 cups. Pour into saucepan. Bring to boil. Pour our over gelatin mixes in a large bowl. Stir 2 minutes until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce and apples. Add walnuts, if desired.

Spoon into 24 paper lined muffin cups. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Remove liners
