- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 32 ounces refried beans, canned
- 4 ounces sliced green chilis, canned, drained
- 4 ounces black olives, canned, drained, sliced
- 8 ounces cheddar or jack cheese, grated

Directions
In a skillet over medium high heat, add the oil, ground beef, and seasonings. Brown the beef while stirring occasionally.
Once the beef is browned, combine the refried beans, chilis, black olives, and beef in the stoneware. Stir to combine and cook for 6-7 hours.
Stir in the cheese until melted and serve.
