Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. Soda
- 3 tsp. Baking power
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups nuts
- Cream cheese frosting
- 4 oz. Cream cheese
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 TBS. Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 tbs. Milk or till right consistency.
- 1/3 of this amount will frost just the top.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Add soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Sift flour and add pumpkin alternately, a little at a time.
Pour into 10 inch tube pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350 1 hour and 15 min.
