Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, cut in half, divided
  • 1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp (1/2 of 35-g pkg) taco seasoning mix
  • 3 Tbsp. Salsa
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • ¾ cup old cheddar shredded cheese
  • 2 green onion, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mash half the avocado with cream cheese until well blended, spread onto bottom of serving dish or pie plate

2. Mix sour cream and seasoning mix, spread over cream cheese mixture.

3. Chop remaining avocado: mix with salsa, spread over sour cream layer.

4. Cover with remaining ingredients

5. Refrigerate for several hours on until chilled. Serve with Ritz chips or any cracker of your choice.
