Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups grated carrots(pressed down)
- 1- 8oz can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts.

Preparation
Step 1
Add all dry ingredients together. Add sugar, oil and eggs, carrots, pineapple and nuts. Mix well
Pour into 10 inch pan. Greased and floured. Bake 35-40 mins. (or until done).
