Ingredients
- 16 C rhubarb, chopped
- 2 C granulated sugar
- 1 C brown sugar
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 pint red raspberries

Preparation
Step 1
Add rhubarb and sugars to large pan on low - medium heat; mix well. (Sugars can be adjusted to taste) Let simmer until rhubarb breaks down. Mash with potato masher to remove chunks. Put hot mixture into 1/2 pint canning jars and process in hot water bath for 15 minutes.
