Ingredients

2 lbs ground turkey
1 c finely ground taco chips
2 eggs
1 small can chopped green chilis
1 package taco powder mix
1 medium can salsa, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together using 1/2 can of the salsa. Pour the remaining 1/2 can salsa on top of the meatloaf before baking. Bake about one hour 350 degrees. Serve with salsa and tortillas.
