Ingredients
- COCOA BUTTER FOR SEARING MEAT, FISH & VEGETABLES
- 100% is 100% pure natural cocoa butter and is one of the highest quality fats available. It can withstand high temperatures and is absolutely neutral in taste. Simply sprinkle a thin layer on meat, fish or vegetables and then sear in a hot, dry frying pan.
- 1 1. 1. SPRINKLE
- 100g 50 meat, fish or vegetables. A thin layer is enough, just dust it a little bit. 100g should be enough for more than 50 applications.
- 2 2. 2. SEAR
- to to to to dry pan. No need to add any fat or oil to the pan beforehand. The layer of fat needed to transfer the heat between the pan base and the food is extremely thin, and only where you need it to be. This means less fat and no splattering anymore.
- 3 3. 3. SEASON
- Season as usual. If you like the taste of olive oil or butter you can still add it now - without burning it or loosing it’s (the olive oil’s) taste!
