- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, and powdered sugar together thoroughly.
Combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
Roll the bread slices up, dip them in melted butter, then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Place each slice of bread on an ungreased baking sheet
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
