SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH HAM & CHEESE

Ingredients

  • 10 3/4 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 8 medium red potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 cups cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add the potatoes, ham and cheese; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 65-70 minutes or until bubbly and potatoes are tender. Let stand for 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
