Garlic Parm. Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 side wild sal on filet ( about 4 lbs.)
  • 2 \3 c breadcrumbs
  • 2 \3 c grated parm. cheese
  • 1 \4 c finely chopped parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 \3 c melted butter
  • Salt & pepper
  • Lemon wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place filet skin side down
Mix together the breadcrumbs, parm. cheese, parlsey & garlic. Pour in the melted butter mix ingredients until until the breadcrumbs absorb the butter
Pour over the salmon, press into the top until the filet is completely covered
Bake uncovered for 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden and the sal!on is cooked and flakes easily with a fork
Serve with lemon wedges
