Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 cups carrots, sliced on the diagonal
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
2. Cook the carrots in boiling water until tender; 5-7 minutes. Drain
3. Melt butter in a medium skillet. Add carrots and remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring, until carrots are coated. Add sesame seeds and toss.
Great! And easy. Left out the sesame and upped the cardamom. Would have been better to let cook a bit longer, so that the sauce developed as more of a glaze. Would do that next time.
