Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 (3 oz) box lime jello
- Zest of 1 lime
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- Juice of 1 lime plus enough to make 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- can of cream cheese frosting

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Mix the dry ingredients
Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for 25 minutes or until it tests done. Do not overcook
Cool
Remove from pan
Soften 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting and drizzle over cooled cake
