Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 1\4 c flour
- 1 1\4 c sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-20oz can crushed pineapple in 100% juice (do not drain)
- 2 eggs
- 1-3.5 oz package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1-20 oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 12 oz cool whip r 1 cup heavy cream whipped
Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease & floumix until combined
x13 baking dish
In lg. bowl whisk flour, sugar & baking soda
Mix in vanilla, crushed pineapple & eggs until combined
Pour into baking dish & bake for 25-30 minute
Let cool completely
Fluff Frosting:
Whisk pineapple & pudding mix until combined
Fold in whipped cream until incorporated
Spread on cooled cake
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
