Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Rice Wine
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh ginger root
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 lb. Round steak - cut into thin strips
- 8 oz. snow peas

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar & cornstarch. Set aside.
Heat oil in wok or skillet over medium heat. Stir-fry ginger and garlic for 30 seconds. Add steak and stir fry for 2 minutes or until evenly browned. Add snow peas and stir fry for an additional 3 minutes. Add soy sauce mixture; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat & simmer until the sauce thickens, about 1 minutes. Serve immediately.
