Ingredients
- 1 lg onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise (Helmans)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 11/2 T butter
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 T Chopped parsley
- 1 T. Lemon juice
- 1 paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter. Add onion, salt and pepper. Sauté 10-15 minutes until nicely brown. Once cooled, Ann onions to mayonnaise, cheese,parsley and lemon juice.
Put in small casserole dish oiled. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake 350 degrees for 25 min. Recipe can be doubled.
