Spiced up baked beans

Ingredients

• 6 slices bacon
• 2 large cans bushes original baked beans
• 1 jalapeno chopped
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 2 T mustard
• 2 T brown sugar
• 4 T ketchup
• 1/2 can rotel partially drained
• 1 garlic clove pressed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Place bacon on a sheet pan and bake until crisp.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and place into a 9X13 baking dish. Top with the cooked bacon by floating the bacon on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until bubbly.
