- 6 whole cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 lb green beans
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp EVOO
- 1/8 tsp black pepper

Step 1
1. Bring large pot of water to boil. Add garlic and cook for 10 minutes, or until softened when pierced with the tip of a knife. Remove with slotted spoon and place in small bowl.
2. Add beans to the water. Cook for 5 minutes, or until beans are crisp-tender. Drain and return beans to pot.
3. Mash the garlic with a fork. Stir in the lemon juice, oil, and pepper. Pour over beans and toss to coat.
