Ingredients
- 1 deep dish pie crust
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 C AP flour
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C packed brown sugar
- 3/4 C softened butter
- 1 C semi sweet morsels

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325
In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment beat the eggs on high until foamy. Beat in the flour and sugars, once incorporated add the butter and combine. Remove bowl from the mixer and stir in chocolate by hand. Spoon into pie shell and bake 55-60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
